Rules

This is an advertising platform. Every position on every board is bought. Nothing here is a review, a rating, an editorial recommendation or a test result. We do not evaluate the listings, and a higher position means one thing only: that listing has spent more than the one below it.

The boards

One payment counts on every board that includes it. The boards differ only in the window of time they look at.

• All time is the main board. Position is everything you have ever paid for that listing, and it does not expire.
• Today is a rolling 24 hours. Each payment counts from the moment it confirmed and drops off a day later.
• Daily is a calendar day in India, midnight to midnight IST. The current day stays live until it closes, and past days freeze as an archive.

A listing belongs to a category, optionally a location, and the boards above them. A single payment counts on its subcategory, its parent category, its location and the all-time board. We do not charge separately per board.

How position is decided

• Position is a pure function of money spent. Highest total spend ranks first.
• Equal amounts keep the order they arrived in, so the older listing holds the higher position.
• Position is assigned when the payment confirms, not when checkout starts. Two people can be paying for the same position at the same time.
• Positions last until someone outspends them. There is no decay and no time limit on the all-time board.

What a position costs

• A new listing starts at $2, rises in steps of $2, and cannot exceed $100,000.
• Taking first place from another listing costs at least $10 more than the listing holding it, so the top cannot be flipped back and forth $2 at a time. If you already hold it, you can raise by a normal step.
• Already listed? Enter the same destination again and name a higher total. You are charged the difference, not the whole amount. Nobody else can take your position by paying only that difference.
• This is not a balance. You cannot pre-load an account, hold a credit, transfer it, or carry it between purchases. Each payment buys position at the moment it is made and nothing beyond that.
• Prices are before tax. Our payment provider is merchant of record and adds applicable tax at its own checkout. That tax never counts towards position, so two buyers taxed differently hold identical positions for identical placement spend.

What you can list

• A product, service, company or website you are authorised to represent.
• A social profile you own or officially manage.
• A physical business you own or officially manage.

What you cannot list

• Anything you are not authorised to represent, including competitors.
• Sexual or adult content and platforms.
• Chat and invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar).
• Link shorteners, or any URL that hides where it actually goes.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive financial offers.
• Content targeting a private individual.
• Anything unlawful in India.

Categories and locations

The category decides what kind of thing a listing is, so a category of places accepts a venue and a category of products accepts a product. Where a category is about places you can also pick a location, and the listing then appears on that pairing as well. If a listing is in the wrong category, tell us and we will move it. Moving a listing does not change its spend or its position.

Unclaimed entries

Some boards show unclaimed entries below the paid ones, so you can see what a board could look like before anyone has bought into it. They are never numbered, never counted as part of the ranking, and carry no outbound link. Nobody has paid for them, so they hold no position.

Outbound links

Every outbound listing link is marked rel="nofollow sponsored". Paid placement must not pass search ranking signal, and we would rather be explicit about that than rely on anyone's goodwill.

Impersonation and removal

Listing a business, creator or venue you do not represent is the fastest way to be removed. If someone has listed you without permission, write to us and we will remove it. There is no charge and you do not need to outspend anyone.

We can remove any listing that breaks these rules. A removed listing leaves the board and payments are not refunded, because the placement was delivered until removal. Payment records are retained for accounting.

After you pay

• Your listing is public, and so are its position and spend.
• Clicks go to the destination you submitted.
• Paying means you accept the terms, including the refund policy, and the privacy policy.

What we will not do

• Call a paid position “best”, “recommended” or “top rated”.
• Publish star ratings or review markup for listings we have not reviewed.

Where location data comes from

Country and city names come from GeoNames, used under CC BY 4.0. We import it once and serve every lookup from our own database, so browsing locations never calls anyone else's service.
